Overview
Holon Flipbook turns your course documents into interactive, page-turning SCORM flipbooks that drop straight into Canvas. Upload a PDF, DOCX, or LaTeX file and Flipbook renders it as a polished reader, optionally adds Knowledge Checks, and packages everything as a SCORM module students can open inside a Canvas module.
Getting Started — Create a Flipbook
From the menu, choose Create Flipbook and follow the three steps:
- Upload Document — drag a PDF, DOCX, or LaTeX file onto the drop zone (or click to browse), give it a Flipbook Title, and click Process Document. Flipbook converts each page into the reader.
- Knowledge Checks (optional) — add questions that appear as the student reads.
- Add to Module — place the finished flipbook into a Canvas module so students can launch it.
My Library
The library lists every flipbook in this course. Each row offers:

| SCORM | Downloads the SCORM package for manual upload to Canvas or another LMS. |
| Delete | Removes the flipbook from this course. |
Knowledge Checks
Knowledge Checks are optional questions attached to a flipbook. Pick a flipbook under Knowledge Checks in the menu, add your questions, and they surface to students as they read — a quick way to reinforce key points.
Backup & Restore
From My Library, use Export to download a backup of this course’s flipbooks, and Import to restore one into another course. When you copy a Canvas course, Flipbook also detects the copy and offers to bring the original course’s flipbooks across in one click — so your content follows the course instead of being lost.
Canvas Token
Adding flipbooks to Canvas modules uses your Canvas access. In most cases this is handled automatically through the Holon Hub. If prompted, paste a Canvas API token once (Canvas → Account → Settings → New Access Token) and it is saved for you.
